We had chef for a celebration following finding my wedding dress! ??‍♀️ He was very accommodating as we had one person with dairy sensitivity, yet we wanted all of the dairy meals (of course). The food was delicious, he sent us recommendations on wines to pair with each course and the experience in total was great. It was nice to be able to sit back, relax, enjoy company and not have to worry about cooking or clean up. Here’s a few photos of our food - we did lobster bisque, jumbo shrimp in shallot sauce (my personal fav), scallops 3 ways, filet in wine reduction with mashed potatoes, and creme brûlée/death by chocolate for dessert. DELISH! I literally ate every bite.

We had a great time. I planned dinner for my husband and I for Valentine’s Day and Ashok made a delicious dinner.
Everything was just perfect.
I would definitely hire him again.

  Chef Ashok delivered excellent quality, presentation and personality. Along with several stories of the dish inspiration and preparation, Chef Ashok nailed all 5 courses, but the lobster bisque was exceptional and the Seared Jumbo Shrimp with red wine and shallot cream sauce may be the best seafood dish I’ve experienced (and I grew up on the coast). Fantastic experience!

  Amazing experience! The food was divine, the clean up was quick, and Ashok was very friendly. We had an incredibly delicious corn bisque to start. I will be thinking of this item for a long time. It was velvety and rich..a warm hug for your insides. Then we had 4 huge shrimp on top of a luxurious shallot cream sauce..divine. Next, a 5 scallops on top of truffle risotto. The scallops were cooked to perfection and the risotto had the perfect texture and flavor. All of it together was an ultimate bite. If all that wasnt enough already, our 4th course was a beautifully tender steak with creamy truffle potatoes, asparagus and a red wine bbq sauce. Now that sauce was something special. After a rich meal, the fruit tart with mango sauce was the perfect way to end. It was refreshing and bright in flavor. If I could score Ashok out of 10, I would give him 20/10!!! Amazing. Thank you for making us such a spectacular meal!

  We hosted a dinner party for 12 guests to celebrate my 40th birthday. Chef Ashok and his team were amazing from beginning to end. The only issue was trying to choose between so many delicious sounding options. 🙂 Everyone raved about how good the food was and my kitchen was spotless when they left. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
